You are Duke Skytripper, space explorer extraordinaire. While returning to earth from a successful beer run to a small planet somewhere in the vicinity of Betelgeuse, your ship was hit by a wandering piece of space debris. Fortunately, you managed to steer your crippled star ship towards a nearby planet. Drawing on all of your piloting luck, you managed to land, er... crash your ship in one, er... several pieces.

After salvaging what you could from the wreckage, you set off across the noxious swamp land that seemed to cover the entire planet. Suddenly, a loud phawaumphing sound arose from the mire. Swinging around, you were confronted by a group of hideous greenish colored slime-creatures. You recognised them instantly as Martians. How they got to this backwater planet you don't know, but one thing is certain. They are not happy to see you.

Gripping your napalm blaster, you prepare for the first wave of the Muck Men from Mars...
