Right from the opening theme, this game makes a point of letting the user know that it is a work of art. It may not rise to the stature of blockbusters like Sim City or Civilization, but it would be fair to say that the game successfully incorporates elements from both those classics. The plot centers on the development of a settlement on a remote world. Though Utopia is much like Sim City on the surface, here there is a fascinating twist -- the player is not alone on this alien world.
