Dressing up dolls 2
************************
This is the second version of the dressing up dolls program I wrote for my daughter when she was 10.
It has a few advantages over the first version.
You no longer have to drag the clothes to get them onto and off of the dolls. Now a click puts them on and a double click removes them.
Print outs are now full page on an A4 piece of paper,so you get bigger, easier to cut out dolls and clothes.
The clothes you print have tabs on.
There are more clothes than before. This may not be noticeable on every dolls page but it is when you print out your dolls etc.
2 of the dolls have wizard/witch School uniform or these can be printed for use with all the dolls.
As before there are 2 boy and 2 girl dolls. One each pink. One each brown.
All the dolls wear underwear as standard they look like swimming- trunks and are non removeable !
These dolls are aged perhaps 7 to 10 and are identical except for color of skin and hair styles.
I have looked at some dressing up doll sites which were supposed to be for kids but the dolls were teenage to adult and sometimes are completely undressable.I didnt really want my daughter to play with them once I had downloaded them and taken a look.
I hope You will find these to be just good fun ! The cutting out can be quite time consuming ,unless you have very independant kids you might have to help out ! Great for a rainy day!
You can print out the dolls onto card or stick to board. They have stands or you can cover them in clear plastic and then stick the clothes on.I have suggested using the no-glue sticker paper to print onto if you try this,(I have to admit,I have not used it) or you can buy post it glue(low tack) and glue the backs of the clothes then stick them on waxed paper. This is all very fiddly,my daughter just enjoyed folding the tabs over their shoulders etc.
I have tested this program on a Windows 95 pentium 100 with 24mb of memory. It is a little slow but it runs fine...
And on a Windows 98 333mhz with 128mb
Anyway I hope you and your kids have fun:)
