Read all about how to connect your favorite email program to the
signature(s) that Quotes 2002 generates.

On startup Quotes 2002 asks you to connect the Quotes and Outlook
email signature. You can always do this yourself in the
signature manager by selecting the Connect Outlook menu-item.
If you did not have a signature in Outlook yet one will be generated for
you, otherwise the existing signature will be used and a Quote will be added.
Change the created signature according to your wishes.
If Quotes did not automatically connect to Outlook you have to manually connect
them following these steps in Outlook.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab. Select
your signature from the dropdown box. Quotes will generate a signature for all
file formats in Outlook. You can configure multiple signatures (read
more).

When you make a new mail message in Outlook you can always add a signature
manually from the Insert menu. You can configure multiple signatures (read
more).

On the Tools menu, click Stationery.

On the Mail tab, click Signature.

In the signature window you can select a signature file to all outgoing
messages by clicking Browse.

Select the active signature file created by Quotes.
Note: If you do not know which is your active signature file created by
Quotes click here.

This works for all versions of Netscape messenger.

On the edit menu click preferences.

In the tree select mail & newsgroups.

By identity click choose.

Select the active signature file created by Quotes.

This works for all versions of Eudora.

On the tools menu you can make a signature file.

On the file menu click Save to save this file. It will be saved in the sigs
directory from your eudora directory as 'standard.txt'.

In the system tray click on the Q of Quotes.

On the Quotes menu, click Change Signature.

On the file menu click, Save as. Overwrite the Eudora 'standard.txt' file in
the sigs directory.
Note: Your signature is not displayed in the Eudora message window, but is
added to the end of the message when it is sent. You can test Quotes by sending
mail to yourself.
