opera rules! amazing speed, but i use all three.

Every good webmaster knows a good website should work with all browsers.

I hate websites that are coded so P*ss poor that they only work with ie or firefox, very unprofessional.

But i'm proud to say dosgamer works all browsers!

@Munky: Some of the user's reviews say this is a very safe browser. Agree to that?

@CyberAxe or martin: Thank you for sorting out even the little things.

I am not unbiased as to what web browser is the best the only one I have is Internet Explorer 6.0 which I am using on my dads computer because his is the only one with internet on there my computer thats in my room has no phoneline so I can't have internet but soon I should have internet (DSL) on my computer just yet just waiting for my dad to put it in.

I like IE because it is simple for me to use and I am mainly running it through the DSL connection which its pretty good to have I mean DSL is not the best like T1 or T3+ but its still good to have when you need a broadband connection. Everything on IE is just self explanitory which should not be hard to use even if its your first time getting on it.

fox is very safe indeed, but can also be unsafe if you use it to store usernames / passwords. my fire fox has login details held in it from websites i visited years ago, even after clearning all my personal settings, I use it for ease..

one BIG problem with firefox is the bookmarks, often if not shut down correctly your bookmarks will be lost. I say I lost my bookmarks a good 30+ times this year alone. but thats coz I never shut down my computer, I just wack the power button and wave goodbye..

other than that, firefox is the greatest browser around, and some say its slower than ie.. it is in the loading time, but the webpage grabbing time is faster ^^

I can't stand IE - I find it's a system hog & just all around P.I.T.A

I've been using Firefox for over a year now - I love the tabs, & the add blocker, & the themes you can get for it  :D

The tabs are the main thing with me though.  I always have 50 things going on at the same time  :P

Munky: I've only had the bookmark problem happen once, & when I searched my hard drive, I found out that Firefox does daily backups of my bookmarks & was able to easily import them.
I'm pretty computer-stupid when it comes to stuff like this, so I don't remember how I did it, but you might want to check the folder where Firefox is installed & see if there's your old bookmarks (although I think it only keeps the last 5 days worth...)

For some reasons, IE crashes randomly and shows the BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) on my PC, saying something like 00010034.dir first allocation unit is not valid during scandisk. When I switched to FF, I never got those.

I voted Firefox. I like the tabs and you can install add-ons and themes.

However, I use IE 6 at work, and I like Opera very much.

IE7 introduces the tab system (very handy!) and you can set multiple homepages for easy access and you can monitor RSS Feeds without going to the page it's on and you can search instantly.  My only gripes with it is that it run really slow on our main comp, even slower than dail-up when you initialise it, but once you get started it's fine.  But I don't get that problem on my lappy, which is where I do most of my surfing.  You can also access your history from a side-panel and delete them if need be *looks shiftily around*.

I have no big preference I use a mix of firefox and ie....

But I must say that IE is a lot faster, in both loading and rendering time. But hey I still use Windows 98(because its faster than XP!)
